Studio Policy
Thank you for taking private music lessons. Outlined below are my expectations of our lesson times together.

Elemental Music is located at:
1201 Dean Street, Woodstock, IL 60098
RATES
$32 per half hour lesson.
Teacher and Student will determine the number of lessons each month.
Payment for the entire month is due in full at the first lesson of each month in the form of cash, check or credit. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
ATTENDANCE
All students must come prepared and on time to each scheduled lesson.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a credit. Missed lessons not qualifying for a credit will not be refunded. Credits will only apply toward the following month. Make-up lessons will not be offered.
BOOKS & MATERIALS
Students are responsible to pay for all books and materials needed for lessons. Ordering arrangements will be made with the teacher.
EXPECTATIONS
Students will practice daily for the amount of time equivalent to their lesson. No food, drink or cell phones will be permitted during lessons.
LESSON TERMINATION
The teacher or student may cancel ongoing lessons for any reason. Excessive absence, tardiness, and continued lack of practice or interest are all grounds for lesson termination by the teacher. Refunds will not be given for prepaid lessons.
